Our warranty and return policies
Satori Marketing does everything possible to exceed our clients’ expectations, but in the event a client is dissatisfied with the work we deliver, they have 30 days from the date of the deliverable invoice to inform Satori. Within those 30 days, Satori will make all changes and corrections needed without any additional cost to the customer.
Services furnished under this agreement are provided without any express or implied return policy. Due to the nature of the services provided, Satori Marketing cannot allow a return of intellectual property. However, Satori will work tirelessly to ensure client satisfaction.
