In 2020, nobody was spared from the worldwide wreckage – especially small businesses. The great news is that we’ve made it to 2021 with a new fire lit under our business behind. And to introduce the start of a new Satori, we’re SO excited to share our New Year’s Resolutions/goals with you!
To clarify, simplify, and achieve our 2021 vision (WAY better than 2020 vision), Satori will be integrating the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) into our daily operations and achieve our goals. EOS helps businesses thrive through a shared sense of purpose and incorporates more streamlined business practices.
As an Aggie-owned business, we were WHOOPing with excitement when we got our 1st Aggie 100 nomination in 2019 – in 2021, Satori’s hoping to be a two-time winner! To do that, we’re planning for double-digit growth over 2021. Ambition is something Satori has in spades, so we can’t wait to get to work developing our business.
We love expanding our business “palette” by going after opportunities whenever we can. So, our final resolution for the year is to pursue no less than six large RFP opportunities.
